These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding contractual agreement between the website operator of our apparel brand (“we”, “us”, “our”) and all website visitors, registered users, and purchasing customers (“you”, “your”). All forms of access to our website, browsing of product content, account registration, information submission, order placement, payment settlement, after-sales application, and continuous use of platform functions shall be deemed your voluntary, full, and unconditional acceptance of all clauses contained in these Terms. You acknowledge that you have reached the legal age of majority and possess complete civil capacity to conduct online commercial transactions. All apparel products displayed on our official website, including daily casual wear, street fashion wear, formal business attire, outerwear coats, knitted garments, denim series, home loungewear, and seasonal limited styles, are subject to real shooting and objective text description. We truthfully mark fabric composition, textile density, elasticity, tailoring technology, design craftsmanship, functional attributes, and size reference data of all products. Due to objective factors such as natural light changes, shooting angle differences, environmental light and shadow, different display screen color calibration, and inherent fabric physical characteristics, minor color deviation, subtle texture differences, and standard size errors within 1–2cm are normal industrial phenomena and do not belong to man-made or factory quality defects.

All products are strictly inspected for appearance, stitching, printing, cutting, and accessories before warehouse delivery to ensure that all outbound goods are brand new, unused, free from obvious damage and defective craftsmanship, and meet international textile safety and wearing standards. We do not promise that the visual effect of online pictures is completely consistent with the actual wearing effect of different body shapes, and individual subjective wearing experience shall not be regarded as the sole basis for judging product quality.

You agree to abide by all applicable network laws, cross-border trade rules, and public order and good customs during the use of the platform. You shall not use our website to engage in illegal transactions, fraudulent behaviors, malicious order brushing, false disputes, infringement behaviors, or any operation that endangers platform security and brand rights. We have the right to terminate service permissions, cancel abnormal orders, and reserve the right to pursue legal compensation for all losses caused by user violations.
